Mark Anthony Steines (born June 7, 1964) is an American circulate journalist and actor who was host of the syndicated gossip and entertainment round-upwards program Amusement This night from 2004 to 2012, joining the program on August 24, 1995. Steines was born in Dubuque, Iowa, one of two sons. He graduated from Hempstead High School in Dubuque, Iowa. He then went to the Academy of Northern Iowa in Cedar Falls, Iowa, on a football game scholarship, graduating with a B.A. in radio and television set.
Steines has competed four times in the Toyota Pro/Celebrity Race at the Long Beach 1000 Prix, the nigh recent being in 2013.[i] According to records kept by the upshot's glory coordinator, The Celebrity Source, Factor Hackman and Caitlyn Jenner are the simply celebrities who take competed more times than Steines in the 38-year history of the race.

Later on graduation, Steines worked in the newsroom at KWWL-Boob tube in Waterloo, Iowa, rising upward the ranks to reporter and photographer. He and then moved on to KSPR in Springfield, Missouri, where he was the sports anchor until 1991. His career led him to KCAL-TV in Los Angeles, California, and ESPN assignments. Steines was awarded two Emmys and a Golden Mike Award for work he did on KCAL specials.
In addition to his piece of work as a broadcast announcer, Steines has done some interim. 1 of his roles was as a security baby-sit in the picture Nixon (1995).
In 1995, he started equally a correspondent and substitute ballast at Entertainment Tonight. Prior to being selected equally co-host, Steines was as well ballast of Amusement Tonight Weekend and primary substitute anchor. However, he resumed co-hosting ET Weekend on a regular basis in mid-September 2010. In May, 2011, longtime co-ballast Mary Hart left the testify and Steines took over as the chief anchor. However, on March 24, 2012, it was announced that Steines had decided to leave ET at the stop of his contract in order to pursue other opportunities. Steines was the host of AOL's online reality tv set show Golden Rush in Autumn 2006 which was executive produced by Mark Burnett.
He moved on to host the new Authentication Channel TV talk show titled Domicile & Family with Paige Davis, which premiered on October 1, 2012. Cristina Ferrare replaced Davis in November 2012. On June 21, 2016, Debbie Matenopoulos replaced Cristina Ferrare as his new cohost.[vii] In June 2018, Steines was let go from the series.[8]
He took over every bit host of KTLA's coverage of the Tournament of Roses parade starting in 2017, replacing Bob Eubanks.[nine]
